All doctoral students at KTH are welcome to contact the PhD Student Advisor and receive support and advice free of charge. Reach out with any question regarding your position as a PhD student at KTH – for example issues with funding, mistreatment, or questions about your rights and responsibilities as a PhD student. The PhD Student Advisor will not pass on anything you say to anyone else without your consent.

Micha Hallberg is the PhD Student Advisor at THS. They have a law degree and experience from working as a student and PhD ombud at Linnaeus Union. Contact Micha as soon as you run into challenges regarding your doctoral studies and they will assist you or refer you to someone who can. 

Micha’s office is located in the student union building, Nymble, at Drottning Kristinas väg 15. To book a meeting or ask a question, send an email to drombudet@ths.kth.se. You can also call Micha at 08-790 98 75, but please note that they may not be able to answer if they are in a meeting – email is the preferred way to get in touch.
